Abstract State-of-the art of polarized proton, H − ion, D + (D ) and 3 He 2+ ion beam sources are presented. Feasibility studies new techniques in progress at BNL other laboratories. Polarized deuteron beams will be required for the polarization program Dubna NICA collider Electric Dipole Moment experiment. Experiments with a part experimental future Electron Ion Collider.
